How long does a typical organizing project take?

The length of a project depends on the size and complexity of the space, as well as the amount of clutter. Tidy will provide you with an estimated timeline during the initial consultation.

What is your pricing structure?

Tidy by Ellie charges a flat rate for organizing services of $75/hour. 1 Hour of shopping + 1 Hour of travel are included for free!

Do you have a minimum timeframe?

Yes, 3 hours minimum for each project is preferred. This includes both prep work and in-home time.

What is your availability?

Tidy by Ellie is available every weekend, most holidays, and select weekdays — including mornings, evenings, and some full-day sessions. Scheduling is kept intentionally flexible to fit your life, not the other way around.

Does the client need to help the whole time?

Not at all. You are welcome to use the time for yourself, though there may be a few questions along the way. As part of the final Maintenance step, you'll get a walkthrough of all your new organization systems.

Are you pet friendly?

Absolutely! All pets are loved and appreciated. During the in-home Tidy, pets are most comfortable in a separate room.
